That little tire-with-an-exclamation-point on your dashboard means one of four things. We diagnose free and tell you which it is — usually fixed in under 30 minutes.
The light has only four root causes. Once you know which, the fix is fast.
Most common. Cold weather drops PSI. We air to spec for free.
TPMS sensors have batteries that last 5-10 years. After that, they have to be replaced.
After tire rotation or new tires, sensors sometimes need to be re-paired to the car.
Rarely, the car's receiver itself fails. Diagnostic scan tells us.
Most cars and trucks. Some Euro cars require dealer-grade tools — quoted individually.
| Service | Price | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| TPMS reset / relearn | $25 | Re-pair sensors after tire rotation or new tires |
| TPMS sensor diagnosis | FREE | Tells you which sensor is bad and why |
| Single sensor, installed | $75 – $115 | Per sensor; includes programming and rebalance |
| Full set of 4 sensors | $249 – $389 | Recommended every 5-10 years; usually done with a tire change |
| Stem / valve replacement | $15 each | Often the actual leak source, not the sensor |
Not recommended. Driving on under-inflated tires reduces fuel economy, accelerates tire wear, and can cause blowouts. The fix is usually fast and cheap.
Either you didn't reach spec PSI, you have a slow leak, or a sensor itself is failing. Pop in for a free scan.
No. Aftermarket sensors (Schrader, Continental, Standard) work great and cost less. We use these by default unless you ask for OEM.
Most modern cars use direct sensors that screw to the valve stem. A few use indirect (ABS-based) systems with no actual sensor. Our scan identifies which yours has.
